designed for hardmode with no corpses. primarily used for ring of fire areas and dasha vestibule.

Hexbreaker can be swapped in instead of chorus of restoration or anthem of disruption. chorus of restoration only affects the rangers/paras unfortunately. anthem of disrupt for more interrupts. If curse ranger dies, party will stop doing damage completely (not really, but it will be less). gfte! is mostly used to power finale of restoration (good on pets). It's a delicate balance, anthem of fury powers gfte!. signet of synergy is used to buy time so finale of restoration can kick in. using zojun's and point blank to make up for not having any marksmanship. essentially they are trying to 'fake' having points in marksmanship - along with the gfte. not that it was damage to write home about anyway. mark of pain for AOE, swap for rigor mortis for blockers. NOT defile defense - marksman's wager will empty energy instantly on blockers.

when the balance is broken party will die very fast. can't be sure who will be left to run away so everyone has a hard res. 0 spear mastery with spear of lightning is just to take advantage of anthem of envy - the paragons have plenty of mana. spear of lightning(8) + anthem of envy(22) + barbs(13) = not bad for ranged. . . maybe? dropping some leadership for spear mastery might be good? spear of lightning is also good if anthem of disrupt is swapped in.

Player should bring "I am unstoppable!" (less of a target) and longbow(for pulling). it's a bit slow - sdm is probably 4x to 5x faster. any advice is welcome.

looks good, assuming your goal is to die horribly while never killing anything

I wish I could say constructive criticism, but I don't know where to begin. You either have a limited skill pool or just really want to create a pet gimmick. But if you wanted to create a pet gimmick abuse the hell out of soh. You said it yourself your build goes down easily, and you're building in preperation to fail with all those rezzes. Build in prepration to survive not to fail.

Having 1 ranger the crux of your DPS is bad in just overall gameplay.

I wouldn't recommend making a build around falsifying stat points. Same goes for the 0 in spear mastery, yet build your bar with spear mastery skills.

Also, same goes for Beast Mastery. You're going to have blackout frequently, and thats only going to attribute to even more deaths.

Shouldn't have to throw in bad res'es to make up for "so when my team fails..." when you could focus your bars on not dying to begin with. Plus, without that in mind, 7 res'es is too much. If you think about it, thats nearly a whole skill bar being thrown away to conditional situations that can easily be avoided.

LOL! Totally agree. And too many rezzes. You seriously do not need that many.

And to add in: If you are going pet build, where are the pet skills to beef up the build?

Read my mind.

Why? Since when did successful HM VQ require corpses? Besides your constantly dying pets will add corpses for you!

I would just scrap the build...

Pets don't leave exploitable corpses.

I cringe whenever I see any ranger with a pet and nothing in BM, I mean half the time the silly rangers forget to res the damn things too.

I would go back to the drawing board on the setup, and start fresh with almost anything else
